What a game it was for the Mabank freshmen! Although the scoreboard showed a tough loss against the Henderson Lions, ending 21-39, it was a night filled with effort and determination. Each player poured their heart into the game, showcasing their skills and teamwork.

The team was once again led on the offensive side by #20 Brody Carter. He found himself in the end zone two different times throughout the contest.
On the defensive side, Wyatt Gollrad led the team in tackles and showed promise running the ball on for the Panthers.

Now, the focus shifts as the team prepares to face the Chapel Hill Bulldogs next week. This upcoming match presents a fantastic opportunity for the team to bounce back and demonstrate their resilience. With hard work in practice and strategy adjustments, the freshmen can turn the tide in their favor.
