Mabank Junior High delivered an outstanding performance at the cross country meet in Kaufman, with the Girls Team claiming an impressive second-place finish against a competitive field.

Leading the way for the Panthers was Ava Tracy, who raced to an incredible 2nd place overall finish, setting the tone for the team. Close behind were Madelyn McDowell (11th place) and Kamie Morse (13th place) – all contributing key points to secure the team’s podium placement. Braylen Mitchum also placed 14th in the boys race!

This team showed determination from the starting line to the final stretch. Girls placing second as a team this early in the season is a huge accomplishment and a sign of great things to come.
