The Mabank Panther JV football program played a game at Bullard after a lengthy lightning delay that canceled the Freshman game. After a short warm up, the two teams stepped on the field for competition. Both teams moved the ball well considering it was still raining as the game began. Mabank played tough on defense and made a few crucial stops to give our offense a time to get on the field. Offensively Tristian Jones scored Mabank's lone touchdown on a long pass from Quaid Green. Mabank unfortunately came up short with a final score of 6-14.
The Panthers play at home next week against the Kemp Yellowjackets.
