On April 3rd and 4th, the Varsity Girls Track and Field team traveled to Canton to compete in the District 16-4A Track Meet. The team placed second overall scoring 120 points and advancing a multitude of athletes to the Area Track Meet that will take place next Thursday, April 11th, in Lindale.

New School Records were set in the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400, with the 4x200 and 4x400 advancing to Area.

The athletes advancing to Area include:
- Kendal Woods (Triple Jump, High Jump, 300 Hurdles, 4x400 Meter Relay)
- Trista Etheridge (800 Meter Run, 1600 Meter Run, 4x400 Meter Relay)
- Cian Wicks-Ashley (200 Meter Run, 4x200 Meter Relay, 4x400 Meter Relay)
- Adelaide Murphy (800 Meter Run, 1600 Meter Run)
- Ember Larson (4x200 Meter Relay, 4x400 Meter Relay)
- Taylor Harris (Shot Put, Discus)
- Sara Garcia (3200 Meter Run)
- Felicity Torres (1600 Meter Run)
- Kai Hudson (4x200 Meter Relay)
- Kalli Smith (4x200 Meter Relay)
- Alt. Maddie Glover, Addy Stephens, and Lindsey Cope
